Where do I start… Any spot that offers Happy Hour from 4-6 plus ALL DAY Sunday is perfect to me! To top it off, they specialize in unique, handmade delicious pasta! The Bungalow Club on Lake Street in Minneapolis is always a treat, and so worth it.
I have been here numerous times. I ordered their Alfredo Rigatoni with Lemon and Arugula right when they opened (arguably still my favorite dish, RIP), their more recent Squash Ravioli (with brown butter, blue cheese, molasses, walnuts and sage – sweet, lovely goodness), their classic red-sauce Rigatoni and more. Every dish I’ve tried is flavorful and nothing like I’ve ever tried before… I mean really, who would have thought nuts and pasta or molasses and pasta would go together so well?! I’ll tell you who! The chef, Andrew Kraft! They also have a Patty Melt burger, Brunch on the weekend and cheese plates that are fabulous!
The food, ambiance and service at The Bungalow Club is unmatched. If you’re looking to treat yourself, I highly recommend visiting. Even if you’re on a budget, you can enjoy the Happy Hour deals and order the smaller portions of pasta! I’m so glad I live down the street from this place…
