Nothing like some creamy, cheesy fettuccine Alfredo (gotta add cracked pepper) ?! La Grolla in Saint Paul is a cute little spot that I never get sick of! My other favorite dish there is the Cappelletti- ricotta filled pasta in a sauce consisting of… you guessed it, more cheese!
If you’re a seafood fan, they have a dish called Capesante, scallops wrapped in fried angel hair! The scallops melt in your mouth like butter… never had scallops that weren’t rubbery until then!
Anyways… if you’re in the Cathedral Hill neighborhood of Saint Paul there’s no shortage of yummy spots (Revival, Red Cow and Mango Thai to name a few…) but consider giving La Grolla a try!
