Hyacinth is one of the cutest little places in Saint Paul! Every time I go, the mouthwatering pasta and delicious wine feeds my soul!
My favorite dish has got to be the Bucatini (Cacio e Pepe), which is offered year-round, for good reason. Other menu items vary by season. Pictured above, I also ordered the Fusilli with beef cheek ragu and I was blown away! The beef cheek tasted just like my momma’s homemade roast. I have also tried their Summer version of the Fusilli which had a little mint in it, sounds strange but it was so refreshing and perfect for Summer!
I have also had the pleasure of tasting their polenta (smooth, rich and creamy) and their Vanilla Panna Cotta (with rhubard preserves… I’m a sucker for rhubarb). Curious what else they have on their menu? Click here!
Hyacinth is a small space, but that only adds to cozy, comfort food they serve! I have only nice things to say about Hyacinth… I’m always down to go!
